Sara has the training and experience that comes with years of following traditional food techniques and learning ancient food art from a young age. She was taken under the wing of firstly her Italian mother - a perfectionist of traditional Italian cuisine, then by many of the best Italian food producers. She was proudly inducted into the elite club of the 'Norcini' in Italy and has taught over 1000 people a year for over the past 12 years.
