RETURNS & REFUNDS

For products purchased through our online store refunds will only be granted if the item is faulty. Refunds will not be given for change of mind, or incorrect selection.

For health safety reasons, we have a strict no returns, no refund policy on all our consumable products, so please choose carefully.

Returns of any item will be made at the expense of the person sending the item back to us. If you have received a different product(s) from the one you have ordered, Sausage Made Simple will pay for the return postage, and then have the correct order posted out at no additional expense to you.

FOR ALL CLASS BOOKINGS

Once purchased, a class cannot be refunded, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or used as payment for products or services.

All class purchases are FINAL SALE.

Any transfers of class date after booking has been made will incur a $35.00 transfer fee, per person.

No transfer request will be considered 14 working days prior to class starting date.

If you are unable to attend a booked class with less than 14 days’ notice prior to the class start date, you will be given the opportunity to send someone else to participate on your behalf (at no additional cost).

Transfers to alternative classes are not permitted.

The class booking is deemed void once the class date has passed with a non-attendance.

Once purchased, a voucher cannot be refunded, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or used as payment for products or services.

Any transfers of class date after booking has been made will incur a $35.00 transfer fee, per person.

No transfer request will be accepted 14 working days prior to class starting date.

Vouchers cannot be used to transfer to alternative classes.

Voucher is deemed void once the class date has passed with a non-attendance.

Voucher bookings are subject to class number availability (only a select number of voucher bookings are allocated to each class date).
