These are caps are produced by one of Europe’s leading producers of food processing equipment and supplies. These caps are used for sealing beer and sauce (amber) bottles used for sauce making.
The cap needs to be applied to the bottle with a ‘capper’ to give it a tight crimp and seal. These caps will not rust when wet (during pasteurisation of the sauce).
