This particular model is one of our luxury models. It consists of solid polished wooden base and neck. The neck features a decorative metal and stainless steel leg clamp and shoe. The wooden base is sealed and varnished so that is can be wiped clean easily and no oils, etc. from your meat can be absorbed into the wood.
