This Sanelli knife has been specially made to chop through bones quickly and efficiently. The cleaver has a heavy blade with a  specially designed edge that makes cutting through any type of bone a breeze.

It is has a 16cm blade length and a blade thickness of 4.3mm.

The convex shape edge of the blade guarantees efficient support when the user needs to exert considerable force.

The added feature of this professional series knife is the specially designed ergonomic handle. The shape has been designed to reduce user fatigue. The soft, but textured grip of the handle makes it non-slip and much safer to use.

The handle is also made from a non corrosive material that means it can withstand sudden temperature changes from -40 deg.C. - +150 deg.C. This means the knife can be cleaned in the dishwasher and sterilized safely without any damage.
