Each sausage contains as much fresh, free range meat as we can stuff into the casing, plus some herbs and spices – and in some cases a secret ingredient or two! We only use fresh ingredients, locally sourced for ‘real’ flavour.

Our Lamb and Feta recipe is an age-old classic that has stood the test of time. A family recipe that has been handed down through the generations. Complimented with a cow’s milk feta cheese, this sausage gives you a holidaying in the Mediterranean flavour sensation.
