Here at Sausages Made Simple, we are purveyors of the traditional artisan processes and offer a range of unique food craft courses to tantalise your curiosity.

Expert and Sausage Queen, Sara Grazia, has created this range of instructive master classes and workshops based on her Italian heritage and upbringing. Learn methods and techniques that have been practiced and mastered over generations. Sara has worked with some of the oldest producers in Italy to become an esteemed "Norcina" which is a specialist in small goods. She has authored 3 instructional books and presented in our very own instructional DVD all selling nationally and internationally. She has also featured and consulted on various food shows and films.

For over 12 years we have gone all over the world educating via our cooking classes, instructional books and DVD about traditional secret methods of making these wonderful foods. 

Prior to 2014 we ran our classes at many different locations. In 2014 we took over a beautiful old pub in West Melbourne and converted it into our main base for Sausages Made Simple HQ in Australia. With its own history laden past we transformed this lovely heritage building into the perfect basement salami laboratory which is where the West Melbourne classes are all held. The upstairs area boasts an exquisite refurnished stained glass bar where we have our food tastings after classes. With a full liquor license we now specialise in catering for private group classes and team building sessions ending with gourmet tastings of food and wine. The perfect ambiance for your own private class or team building function for work. Our degustation dinners are a great way to experience food and wine matching with a difference!

Our cooking courses book out readily and are also extended beyond Melbourne. Currently courses are also running out of Perth and Sydney. 

Our Sydney Master Classes are a great way for us to connect personally with many of our east coast clients. While our Perth Master Sessions enable us to touch base with our west coast clients. For many years we have been enjoying spreading our sausage knowledge throughout the country and touching base with current customers.
