This sausage filling machine comes from one of the world renowned Italian equipment manufactures, Tre Spade. It is a compact size filler, ideal for those wanting to produce small to medium quantities or have limited space.
This sausage stuffer is designed to make filling your sausage and salami casings easy and hassle free. It can be used for the production of fresh sausages, as well as salami and other cured sausages. It is easily assembled and has a number of important features for all your sausage making needs.
- This machine is made from high quality cylinder in stainless steel, with a baked enamel body
- Watertight and easy to clean cylinder weldings
- Racks in carbon steel
- Anti-wear metal gears
- Aluminium gear-block with self-lubricating bushes
- The barrel will hold up to approximately 5kg of minced meat
- This machine is easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning with all its components being removable and replaceable
- The plunger features a silicone seal and an air release value, which is important when used for salami and cured sausage making
- Comes with 4 different sized filling funnels 10, 20, 30, 40 mm and 2 table clamps
- We recommend using warm soapy water for cleaning
- Rubber feet to grant a perfect grip on the work bench
- Manual sausage filler with speed variation option to increase the withdrawal speed.
