Sausage filling spacers are used to make filling your fresh sausage and salami casings easily and efficiently.

These spacers are made from a high quality food grade plastic, the benefit being they allow for easier passage of your meat mix as it passes through the funnel and into the casing.

These spacers can be used with your manual or electric mincer/sausage maker. When filling , after mincing, just remove your mincer knife and plate and replace them with the filling spacer.
