This is an authentic recipe mix used for salami and cured sausage making. This recipe sachet contains no fillers, only natural ingredients. It has been blended by our very own Sara Grazia, Melbourne’s Sausage Queen, to give your salami making experience a touch of authentic heritage at home.

This Cacciatore Piccante recipe is a traditional recipe that has been developed, mastered and enjoyed over many generations and continues to be used throughout the northern regions of Italy today.

This spice sachet contains enough mix to produce 5kg of salami.
