Our Fresh Sausage Making Master Class is a hands-on experience with expert and Melbourne’s Sausage Queen, Sara Grazia. Sara will guide participants through the sausage making process from start to finish using methods and techniques that have been mastered and practiced by her ancestors for generations.

Participants will learn the correct ways on how to prepare and process their meat, blend recipes and prepare and fill casings successfully.

At the end of this lesson participants will leave with the produce they have made throughout the session, as well as have the confidence and knowledge to successfully make their own fresh sausages at home full of flavour and succulence.
