 This white mould culture for salami will develop a soft white 'good' mould over the surface of your salami or cured meat.

This white salami mold will help protect the meat mix within the casing by forming an additional protective barrier around the casing. It will also give your produce a traditional appearance. We want your produce to look just  as good as it tastes.

This mould culture for salami is a safe, natural product and contains no artificial agents or preservatives. This is the mould culture in its pure form with no fillers. It produces a traditional dense, white dry mold that helps to suppress the growth of undesirable molds. 

To Use:

Dilute this sachet into 12 or 25 litres of water and lightly spray over your produce after the fermentation process is complete. You will start to see the results in 5-7 days under the correct conditions.
