This mould culture will develop a soft white 'good' mould over the surface of your salami or cured meat.
This mould will help protect the meat mix within the casing by forming an additional protective barrier around the casing. It will also give you produce a traditional appearance. We want your produce to look just as good as it tastes.
This mould culture is a natural product and contains no artificial agents or preservatives.
Dilute this sachet into 12 or 25 litres of water and lightly spray over your produce after the fermentation process is complete . You will start to see the results in 5-7 days.
