This 2 piece butchers knife set from the Sanelli Professional Series, is the ideal gift for anyone with a passion for processing meats. Whether its sausages and/or salami making, cured meats or simply preparing meat in the kitchen for lunch or dinner, this professional knife set will provide quality and ease of use.
This set comes with a butchers knife (22cm blade) and a straight edged boning knife (16cm blade length). Each knife has been specially designed for cutting and dicing raw meat.
The convex shape edge of the blade guarantees efficient support when the user needs to exert considerable force.
The added feature of this professional series knife is the specially designed ergonomic handle. The shape has been designed to reduce user fatigue. The soft, but textured grip of the handle makes it non-slip and much safer to use.
The handle is also made from a non corrosive material that means it can withstand sudden temperature changes from -40 deg.C. - +150 deg.C. This means the knife can be cleaned in the dishwasher and sterilized safely without any damage.
