All our prosciutto carving stands are handmade from quality food grade materials. Our prosciutto knife and serving tongs come from Italian knife manufactures, Sanelli, and have been produced specifically for slicing prosciutto and salami.

Using the carving stand is simple - the leg of prosciutto sits in the shoe where it is supported by a metal prong. The heart of the prosciutto is held tightly in position by an adjustable stainless steel clamp.

This model is one of our luxury models. It consists of solid polished wooden base and neck. The neck features a decorative metal and stainless steel leg clamp and shoe. The wooden base is sealed and varnished so that is can be wiped clean easily and no oils, etc. from your meat can be absorbed into the wood.
