This salami netting is made from a heavy duty, high quality elasticated cotton, and comes in a continual length. It is used to keep salami and cured sausages held tightly together during the drying and curing process.

This salami netting will maintain a constant even pressure around the sausage or cured meat as it shrinks. Save time continually having to retighten the support twine and try out this Italian made net that has been produced specifically for this purpose.

This netting is also good to use when roasting, boiling and smoking products. Perfect for the roast chicken, Christmas turkey, boiled meats and smoking. Keeps the meat together as it cooks for the perfect dinner party favourites of stuffed and smoked meats.

  • Made in Italy
  • Available in sizes #20, #24, #28
  • Available in lengths 5m, 10m and 50m
