The Simple Sausage Making Surprise Starter Kit contains a heavy duty,food grade plastic manual mincer machine that comes with a filling attachment.  This machine comes with 2 stainless steel mincing plates and knife as standard, a plunger to help push through the meat (and keep your fingers away from the mincer elements) as well as a sausage filling nozzle attachment.  

For added stability, the base of this machine consists of a large suction pad that can withstand quite an amount of pressure.

As well as this fantastic, lightweight, easy to use, easy to clean and store compact machine unit, the kit also contains 10 metres of sausage casing (collagen), sausage twine - for tying off your individual sausage lengths, gloves and one of our secret sausage seasoning mixes.  All natural and full of flavour. Each box contains a different recipe, the surprise is you'll only find out which one you get when you open the box.
