"The cover of this book is very appealing and shows an array of delicious looking salamis.
I loved the way the book was set out and the fact that there was a nice balance between the author's memories and the "how to" aspect of the book. It made for a personalised, real life read along with the instructions.
The images in the book are vivid and full of colour and really bring the whole concept of salami making to life. It made it easier to relate to the book and made you feel like you were right there making the salami along with the author.
